Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning.

Other cleaning services agreed upon before the appointment.
The exact services included will depend on the estimate, booking confirmation, written agreement, or communication provided to the customer.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates may be based on information provided by the customer, including:
Property size.
Number of rooms and bathrooms.
Type of cleaning requested.
Current condition of the property.
Special cleaning requirements.
Photographs or videos provided by the customer.
An estimate is not necessarily a final price if the property’s condition or requested work differs significantly from the information originally provided.
If additional work is needed, Luxury Shine Cleaning Services will attempt to notify the customer before proceeding or adjusting the price.
Prices may vary depending on the property’s size, condition, location, service frequency, and cleaning requirements.
3. Scheduling and Confirmation
An appointment is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Luxury Shine Cleaning Services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
Name and contact information.
Property address.
Requested service.
Preferred appointment date and time.
Access instructions.
Information about pets, parking, alarms, gates, or building requirements.
Appointment times may be provided as an arrival window because traffic, weather, previous appointments, or other circumstances may affect the exact arrival time.
4. Property Access
The customer must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Access may be provided through:
The customer or an authorized representative.
A key.
A lockbox.
A building concierge.
A door or gate code.
Another method agreed upon in advance.
Luxury Shine Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays or an inability to complete the service when access is unavailable.
A cancellation or access-related fee may apply when disclosed to the customer during the booking process.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before the cleaning appointment, customers should:
Remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items.
Secure cash, jewelry, documents, medications, and personal belongings.
Inform us about damaged or delicate surfaces.
Identify areas requiring special products or care.
Provide access to running water and electricity.
Secure pets when necessary.
Remove excessive clutter that may prevent cleaning.
Inform us of alarms, cameras, building rules, or parking restrictions.
Luxury Shine Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed preexisting conditions, loose fixtures, improperly installed items, deteriorated surfaces, or fragile objects that were not identified before service.
6. Pets
Customers must inform us about pets on the property before the appointment.
Pets should be placed in a safe and secure area when necessary. Luxury Shine Cleaning Services is not responsible for pets that escape, become injured, or interfere with the service when they have not been properly secured.
We reserve the right to stop or decline service if an animal presents a safety risk to our cleaning team.
7. Cleaning Products and Equipment
Luxury Shine Cleaning Services may provide cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must inform us before service if:
A specific product must or must not be used.
A household member has allergies or sensitivities.
A surface requires specialized care.
The customer prefers that their own products be used.
We cannot guarantee that every stain, discoloration, odor, mark, buildup, or damaged surface can be completely removed.
8. Hazardous or Unsafe Conditions
Our regular cleaning services do not include the handling or removal of hazardous materials unless specifically agreed in writing.
This may include:
Human or animal waste.
Blood or bodily fluids.
Medical waste.
Toxic chemicals.
Mold remediation.
Pest infestations.
Asbestos.
Illegal substances.
Dangerous or unidentified materials.
Excessive hoarding conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service when a property presents unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, or hazardous conditions.
9. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated when the service is scheduled or confirmed.
Payment may be required:

On the day of the service.
Immediately after the service.
According to another written payment arrangement.
When a deposit is required, the amount and applicable refund conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for paying the agreed amount for completed services and any authorized additional work.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact Luxury Shine Cleaning Services as soon as possible when they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A cancellation fee may apply to:
Late cancellations.
Same-day cancellations.
Appointments where property access is unavailable.
Appointments where our team arrives but cannot safely perform the service.
Any applicable cancellation fee will be disclosed during the booking process or before the appointment is confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation rights that may apply under federal, state, or local law.
11. Service Satisfaction
We aim to provide careful, professional, and reliable cleaning services.
Customers should inspect the completed work and report any concerns as soon as reasonably possible. When appropriate, Luxury Shine Cleaning Services may offer to return and address an area that was included in the original service.
The satisfaction process does not apply to:
Areas excluded from the original service.
Permanent stains or damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through standard cleaning.
Areas changed or used after the service was completed.
Additional services that were not purchased.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed. Each concern will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the service agreement.
12. Damage and Breakage
Customers must inform us about fragile, damaged, unstable, or high-value items before cleaning begins.
If a customer believes damage occurred during service, the customer should:

13. Before-and-After Photographs

Marketing and social media.
Identifiable photographs will not be used for public marketing without the customer’s permission.
Customers may decline the use of their property photographs for promotional purposes.

Customers may use security cameras on their property, subject to applicable law.
Customers should not place cameras in areas where workers reasonably expect privacy, such as bathrooms or changing areas.
Recordings must not be used unlawfully, deceptively, or in a manner that violates a person’s privacy rights.
